1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

• Opened packs of paper or consumables

• Digital or downloadable items (if any)

3. How to Request a Return

• A clear description of the issue
  
• Photos of the item (in case of damage or incorrect product)
  

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Do not send your item back without authorization.

4. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping.
  
• If returning for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  

Returned items must be in original packaging and include all accessories or manuals (if any).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

7. Exchanges

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

2. Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time to process)
   
3. Next, contact your bank
