At ink-jetprint.com, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and affordably across the United States. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship your orders, estimated delivery times, and what to expect once you’ve placed an order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We currently do not ship internationally outside of the United States.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
If we expect any delays in processing (due to stock, holidays, or other reasons), you’ll be notified by email.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic deliveries. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your order
You can also log in to your account on our website to check the order status anytime.
6. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
- We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
- We do ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. However, delivery times may be extended depending on the destination.
7. Delays and Issues
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@ink-jetprint.com.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photo evidence (if applicable)
- We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy
9. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.
